How To Re-Round A Filter
Problem: Filter does not fit in cartridge holder.
Solution: The filter is actually out of round from rough shipping and handling. This can be fixed by finding a nice flat surface and laying the filter horizontally down. Then tap the filter up and down while slowly rotating it on the flat surface till you have made two or three complete rotations. This will restore the filter to its original round state. The cartridge should now fit into the cartridge holder with no problems.
